Office is dirty, cluttered and uninviting. I have always waited more than 45 minutes each time I come. I do not even see Dr. Alam anymore. Instead I am funneled to a PA. Horrible staff. Look at the absolute mess of patient charts when you walk in the door. The back office is a nightmare. This is my last visit.
This is an excellently operated office. Dr. Alam is very knowledgeable and P.A. Tamara Griffits deserves a special commendation.
