We own a small restaurant and depend on SGO internet service for our credit card machine for transactions. Our internet service died at 5pm on Saturday evening; just at the start of our dinner service. The service was not working again until 6:30pm. During the 1-1/2 of no internet, we lost many customers who did not have cash and could only pay with a credit card. I called SGO several times and after being passed around to 6 or 7 different people, finally spoke to a "Supervisor". I told him our plight and asked if he could at least discount our bill for the time the service was down. He told me "No". I told him that a discount gesture would certainly help us remain a good customer (we have phone, internet & cable through them), he replied that he would not be willing to do so, and that we might want to go with another provider and SGO cannot guarantee dependable service. Message received. We will be certainly looking for an alternative to this Customer-Serviceless company, and would highly recommend that you do the same

If I could rate at less than 1 star, I would. Absolute garbage! Have been having problems with reception every since I got it hooked up. If you call customer srvc with a problem, they tell you that they will issue a "trouble ticket" and have a technician call you. I have yet to EVER have them call me. Been waiting for their call for (literally) 4 years. Horribly slow internet, unreliable cable, horrible quality phone service, complete lack of customer service. If you can avoid it, stay away from SLOW-GO
