My family went to this location Sunday, June 25th. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. Someone quickly came to the window to tell me my total and I gave her my card. She swiped my card at 3:01 (I know this because of the time stamp on my receipt). She came right back and gave me my receipt. I ordered a small grape jolly rancher slushy, a small cookie dough concrete, a small coconut cream pie milk shake, and a chocolate milk shake. The same lady brought out the slushy pretty quickly. Then, several minutes after that someone different brought out the coconut cream pie shake. Then, we continued to wait. Finally, after waiting 11 minutes now, a third lady came to the window asking to see my receipt to see what I was still missing. She named off both milk shakes, and the concrete. I explained that I already received the slushy and the coconut cream pie shake. I only needed the other two items. I did tell her though that because we had been waiting some time now that the coconut cream pie was melted (it was a heat index of 100 degrees Sunday). She made no comment, just turned around and closed the window. Finally, someone else brought out the other two missing items. At this point I had been waiting 16 minutes at the pick up window alone. Had I not already paid for my items, I would have left. There were at least 4 or 5 cars behind me that I could see. Who knows how many were around the corner. This was the worst customer service!

I agree with the first reviewer, and it's now seven years later. The best thing this unit could do would be to fire everyone there, close for a bit, and open up again with a new staff; new attitude.

I witnessed the drive thru employee sneeze while making my ice cream dessert. She did not wash her hands before returning to making my dessert. I didn't see where her hands were when she sneezed but I would think hand washing wasn't too much to expect.



The manager was quite rude when I asked for my money back.
