Our sink was stopped up and they charged 157.00. When my husband called no one me mentioned they didn't accept debit or credit cards. Everyone we have delt with in the passed has accepted so we did not think to ask.. My son was napping in my arms when it was time to pay and when I went to hand him my payment he was rude and said he doesn't accept it! I said it would have been nice to have known this before hand. and his reply was " no one asked" I had to take both of my children to the bank. Not happy being inconvienced nor am I happy by the rude treatment I recieved by this man. I will never do business nor will I recommend.

I felt that I way overcharged for the work that was done, I contacted them for a garbage disposal problem and the plumber ended up not repaing it, but replacing it, changing the pipes, installing a new sink drain...all without asking permission to do it. Installing a new disposal alone would not have been too bad, but the charge for this work that I did not authorize was $325. I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone! In addition, I was told that if I paid by credit card, he would have to add an additional 14% to the bill in order to cover the credit card company charges!

Great company! I had them put in a new garbage disposal and repaired my water filter. They were professional and came at the time they said they would. The price they had quoted was the best in the area and they were able to complete the job in one trip, had everything they needed with them. They did such a great job I have them coming out to replace my water heater this week. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.
