The owner of Apex and his son came to my house to repair my dishwasher that was leaking. They found the dishwasher was leaking because of a worn out bottom door seal. Thay happened to have had one on the truck and were able to repaired the dishwasher right away. No more leak. They were both very personable and easy to get along with. I will use them in the future and would also recommend them to fix your faulty appliances. Thanks guys!!!

I never use Apex again! My freezer was going out so I called my home warranty co. that sent out Apex. Apex sent a tech the same day (Tuesday). He said it needed 3 parts and it would be 3 days to get them. The tech came about 9:30am the following Monday and replaced the control panel only. (No mention of the other parts). By 4PM nothing was freezing so I called Apex and was advised to give it 24 hours to recycle. On the next day by 11am everything was defrosted so again I called Apex and was told a tech would call me on his way to my home. By 3pm I did not hear from them so I called my warranty company. They contacted Apex and were told a tech was coming between 3-7pm but at 5pm I got a call from Apex. They would come the following day between 3-7pm. When I advised the woman that I had been waiting since 11am and every thing was now defrosted she was very rude and advised me they would not come prior to that time and I could find another repair company and promptly hung up the phone.
