I have a class A diesel RV which I purchased at this Crestview location. I spent a considerable amount of money at this location having upgrades installed. I had a KVH in-motion satellite dish installed by Crestview. I constantly had to check the "switch" on this unit and finally after sever disastrous attempts by Crestview to fix the unit it has been left inoperative by their staff. I was so mad that after several weeks they had my coach and had left the dish not even working when I came to pick it up, they did not charge me even for work that they did not botch. I personally do not believe they should be certified to work on any KVH equipment as they do not understand it at all.
