The YMCA of Selma-Dallas County is a nonprofit organization that coordinates a range of recreational, fitness, health, leadership and spiritual development programs. It serves the residents of Selma-Dallas County in Alabama. The organization conducts yoga, group cycling, aerobic and aquatic classes. It also offers a fitness regimen that is certified by the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program.
