Vaughan Community Health Services is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of free health care services for individuals of all ages. It offers services to the citizens of Dallas County in Alabama. The organization provides health screening services for glucose, cholesterol, weight, blood pressure and body mass index. It offers Lifetrail, Health in Motion, Well at Work and Weight Watchers programs. The organization additionally provides the Safe Sitter program, which teaches children between the ages of 11 and 13 on topics related to medical solutions, including child care techniques, behavior management skills and medical emergency responses. Vaughan Community Health Services operates a retirement community, Vaughan Place Senior Living Community, which offers a range of assisted and independent living solutions for senior citizens.
