I had a policy with this company for over 1yr. I had no problems until my agent was changed without my being made aware of the transaction. I had no idea that I would be dealing with someone new. I was very uncomfortable with this new person and decided to let the policy go. I do not think it is fair to not notify your clients when their personal information will be handed from person to person. I feel this matter was handled in an unprofessional manner. I feel all clients should be notified by a letter anytime they are assigned a new agent. All it takes is a letter and a few minutes of your time.
