      Family style restaurant good home style food with fresh vegetables and excellent meat and seafood. The prices are very competitive $5+ lunches. A good place to take the wife without breaking the bank.

      Really good fried food is pretty hard to find, Dixie Grille is a hidden little gem of some of the best fried food available in the area. The fried pickles and sweet potato fries are true superstars by themselves and the fried pickle portion is a meal on its own. The Southern fried oyster dinner is my favorite thing on the menu hands down, I have yet to find better, it's very juicy too and not overcooked. The farm raised fried catfish dinner is superb too. They have a nice mixed greens salad
