This family business is quality all the way. We are a 55 and Older Homeowners Association in Valrico, Fl. After personal, lengthy inspection of the property, Watkins provided a complete, easy to understand estimate. They actually had three different recommendations to choose from. We had a couple questions which were answered by phone a couple days later. The project was scheduled in a timely manner, the crew was on site as expected. We chose a cut, patch and seal coat of our road through our community, which was a two day process (as quoted). We had several residents come out to watch and told board of directors how polite, courteous and efficient the crew was. We couldn't be happier. During the project, we discovered a small problem in another area which Watkins took care of on the spot. They were able to give us a quote for the extra work immediately, and finish the entire project right on time. We highly recommend them and would use them again, no need for further bids!
