Thea, owner of A Spa For You, is an amazing therapist! She is intuitive and skilled in numerous modalities. I received a 90-minute service from her weeks ago, targeting a chronic calf cramp. Weeks later I am still free of the problem. The Spa setting is quiet, private and immdiately calms you as you walk in. I'll be back soon!
I had their "Sedona Experience" with Trager, hot rocks and especially unique deep tissue work with these magical one-of-a-kind handmade tools from whale bone, moose antler and many thousands year old mammoth ivory. It was more of a personally directed massage then any that I have experienced in my travels. I was able to simply relax into the experience - like having my own trusted masseuse - and just as describe it was "Exquisitely Priced" Thank you Thea!
