The Treestand in Sedalia mo is indeed a rare treasure. John Wells and Pops are such caring people and it does reflect the way they run their business. My daughter used to be in their archery club and was in an aweful accident just last jan of 2012. We had no chance but to sell her archery equipment while she was in a coma. John took it and never sold it. My daughter has made a miracelous recovery and we decided to visit and to thank them for their kindness. To our surprise, John and pops gave her the equipment back w/o asking anything for it plus fixed and added some stuff. They do not treat people like just customers but family . We are eternally grateful for their kindness . god bless them and their business. One can't go wrong with the tree stand.

Great shop, I was having trouble seeing the sight on my bow early in the morning and late afternoons. I went in without my bow to ask a few questions and soon realised that my greatest fears were true, I'm getting old and don't have the eye sight I used to have. I went back later with my bow and Pop's helped me pick out a new sight and installed it on my bow. Very helpful people, very easy to deal with. not just "low pressure" sales but "no pressure" sales. "These are the sights we offer, let me explain the differences between them, do you want one?" If so we will install it for free, great shop.

This place is awsome! I had never shot a bow before and decided I wanted to get into it with my husband and Pops made me feel right at home and comfortable and set me up with a brand new matthews mission craze for a great price! Great friendly people who know their stuff!
Tree Stand Archery hit one out of the park. Nowhere in the world in any buisness, be it a Pro shop, Five and Dime Store, or a major outlet mall, will so ever be treated in such a friendly and I quote "careing manner". You walk in the door (never having been there or met any of them in your life) and less than five minutes later, your on their indoor range where they are treating you like family. Have any questions needing answered, anything you need done on your bow, or maybe just a bit of advice on how to improve your archery skill and any of them will help you with a smile and not once attempt to corner you into buying anything. I have been around the world and back and in every state in the U.S. minus Alaska and Hawaii and never have I been anywhere other than home that I felt so welcome. They deal in Mathews but hold no predudice if your shooting a Martin or PSE or just whatever. They know their stuff, they know a bow hunters needs, and they are built around them.

We are a family that consist of dad, mom, and 5 girls and we all love to hunt, we know we are able to take our whole family into the Tree Stand and be comfortable to shoot our bows and to work with our children so that they are able to develop the skills it takes to harvest game in a correct manner. Bow hunting is a challenging skill that is excellent for children to work on their focus and patients. Tree Stand Archery is a very knowledgeable place and they are able to supply any of your hunting needs. I highly recommend them!
My target shooting was very inconsistent. I'd only got one deer in my life - and that was years ago. I talked to John Wells and he made custom arrows for me. That fall I successfully shot two deer. One of them was a one-in-a-million shot between the antlers of a buck that was running straight towards me!I have always received professional service here.
