Mr. Spangler has been serving the Sedalia area since 1989 and is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals-Eighth Circuit, United States District Court-Western District, Missouri and all state-level courts in Missouri. Many civil and criminal matters ultimately require the assistance of an attorney with the necessary experience to proceed to a trial or to handle an appeal; Mr. Spangler has considerable trial experience in the West Central Missouri area and has also handled many appeals, including cases before the United States Court of Appeals-Eighth District, the Missouri Supreme Court and the three appellate-level courts in the State of Missouri. Mr. Spangler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1985 and his Juris Doctor (with distinction) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1988. He has served on the Missouri Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee for over 20 years and has been a contributing author for Civil Trial Practice and Appellate Court Practice, both books published by the Missouri Bar.
