My daughter went to Harmony for 8 months and started when she was close to 3 years old. One of the primary reasons why we liked Harmony was due to the fact that near Jersey City area you will not find a big playground for kids to play during the day. Their playground is beautiful with slides and partitioning for kids that are old enough and some for toddlers and babies too.
The teachers are very kind and caring and take care of each child very well. My daughter needed a lot of attention and they made sure she got that.
They had the best practices in place during the peak COVID phase so I was least worried about my daughter getting infected in anyway whereas I know a lot of learning centers around Secaucus that shut down multiple times in the past year.
Lastly my daughter learned a lot. She was not social enough but after being at Harmony she stopped being shy and started interacting more with people around her. They have a great curriculum and provide daily reports to you without fail. My daughter really enjoyed her time when she was in Harmony. Five stars to the wonderful staff, management and curriculum!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Harmony and it has been an absolute pleasure to have my daughters attend there and know that they are in a safe and nurturing environment. The teachers are amazing, friendly and are wonderful people who work very hard. You can see how much the kids love them! They deserve so much credit for what they do. My daughter graduated last year after 5 years at Harmony. She had been there since she was 12 weeks old and she misses her teachers so much!! She learned so much in her time at Harmony, so much in fact that she was more than prepared for Kindergarten. I also have a 15 month old who is now in the infant room for a second year as her birthday misses the cut off. She is so happy there and absolutely loves going to see her teachers every day. She already does sign language, which is impressive and continues to learn new skills every day. It's so nice to know she is being loved and cared for while I am at work. The curriculum at Harmony is amazing. It is highly focused on education which is evident when your kids come home with a new song every week, speaking Spanish, sign language, writing and math skills to name but a few.I know from friends who had to leave there due to relocation that they had difficult time finding somewhere that was even remotely similar. A lot of places just let kids play all day with no curriculum. The tuition is very competitive if not lower than a lot of places. They are also on top of things when it comes to government standards which is highly important. It's safety and cleanliness is above standards. Not everyone is going to like or agree with everything in all circumstances but at the end of the day the focus and concern at Harmony is for the kids, their safety and education. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and I am very thankful for all they do.
Our family is always thankful for everything Harmony has brought us.We put our son at the school when he just turned two. Were from Asia and the new and English environment was all new for him. He literally cried all day long for the first two months but after that, he becomes happier every day. Now he speaks complete sentences, learns lots of vocabularies without we teaching him; and sings all the way home the songs he learnt at school, plus surprises us by new things he learns including Spanish which neither of us know. The school has a lot to offer the very kind teachers, spacious classrooms and outdoor playground, well-planned curriculum and fun-filled activities. Every day we bring home little artwork he makes at class, and the teacher gives us a one-page feedback/ record of his performance every day. Needless to say we are now looking forward to his graduation ceremony this year. Weve just moved to Livingston and even with much longer commute, were happy to see him hang around with all the friends he makes here. Were lucky to have made the right and wise choice.
My daughter goes to the school. She has learn so much. I couldnt be happier. Teachers are so nice to her and all other children. They teach her so much. I am so happy she is there. I am having another baby and baby will go too. They learn so much here. When I had a tour of Infants I can not believe all they do with the babies to help them learn too. Amazing place for children.
My son has been attending since September. School is wonderful. The teachers and administration are so nice. They are caring. My son would cry at drop off and teachers would console him and the office would talk to me while I was watching the monitor in the lobby. They made me feel better leaving him as he was home with me for two years. Now he loves coming to school. He has made many friends. I too have. Harmony is very caring. I am happy i came to this school.
I was told by their staff that there is high demand and long wait list for their center. I was cajoled into putting down my deposit as well as the wait list fee right away, thinking that if I don't do it today, someone else will grab that precious spot on the wait list. So I paid total of $700, this included 2 weeks of tuition, $100 of registration fee, $75 of wait list fee, another $75 for activities fee. The starting date was scheduled for 9/6/16 and I paid this fee in mid July.At end of July, I heard horror stories about daycare center (including this one Harmony) and decided not to enroll my baby there anymore (for the infant program). I gave them more than one month of advance notice to cancel enrollment, and told them that they can give the spot to the next person on the wait list. They said none of the fees were refundable (cause I was cajoled into signing some enrollment contract) and that there was no one on the wait list to take my spot. Magically there is no wait list anymore! This place has no integrity, sympathy and good will. For a place that claims to be a non-profit organization, I find it appalling that they lied to me to get the money. They are obviously a deceiving organization which I sure wouldn't trust to take care of my baby. Note: they have a policy of enrolling your child there for at least 60 days and they don't allow you to view camera of the room from outside the parameter. Any prisoner can get used to the bad treatment in 60 days and brainwashed to be "happy", let alone babies.
We just started in September. My son is 3 years old. He is loving it and so are we. The moment we walked into the school we knew this was the right place for him. The staff is wonderful and the facilities and curriculum is top notch. My son has learned so much in such a short time. He looks forward to going and doesn't want toleave when I pick him up. We are thrilled.

Great school. My child loves going everyday. The teachers are loving and attentive. I am able to call and check up on her everyday. Then don't make me feel like I'm bothering them. So glad I choose Harmony.

My son attends the Harmony Preschool program. I can not say enough about the unbelievable staff and the unique learning environment. He is not only sounding out words already but takes Spanish classes, interactive whiteboard lessons, and in Math is already learning measurement, estimation, and addition/subtraction. My niece who stayed home with my sister did not do this until 1st grade. Harmony has given my son such a strong educational foundation as he gets ready to go to Kindergarten where I am positive he will be more than prepared and at the top of his class. I can't thank Harmony enough for all you have done for my son. Thank you!

Harmony is great. I currently have two children enrolled and they love it. They look forward to going everything. My children are learning so much. I'm afraid when my child enters kindergarten she will be bored. The preschool program is more like Kindergarten. She is learning to sound out words and read. She is always being challenged. They teach the children. She is learning Spanish and uses the computer and whiteboard. The program is hands on and interactive. It is a very busy day but they keep in mind the children's abilities and levels. My other child is almost two and he is learning his colors and letters. He has baby sign language and computers too. Harmony is worth every penny. My children are going to be well prepared for elementary school and be successful. Thank you Harmony!

Our children attended another school prior to being accepted into Harmony and are so happy we switched. The moment we stepped into the school we knew we made the right choice. The staff is wonderful from the Director, Assistant Director and Teachers. The Director is full time and is a Certified Teacher who brings so much to the program. Over the last couple of years the program as grown. The Director hired a Mentor Teacher who does special classes with the children. The school has sign language, Spanish, phonics, white board, computer and cooking classes. My children are getting a solid foundation that is preparing them for Kindergarten. Thank you Harmony.

My child attends Harmony but we are moving away and will be leaving. We are very sad as we are having trouble finding another school . Harmony is much more then a daycare. They focus on the developmental of each child. The children are actively involved in activities and always learning. I love that they have a computer room. They children are taught so many things. My child has had Spanish classes, sign language, phonics and white board. The staff is friendly and truly enjoy being with the children. I also like that they have an open door policy and a nurse on site. We will miss Harmony!

I love Harmony Early Learning Center. My son, who has recently graduted from Harmony and now attending Kindergarten, started in the Tiny Tots classroom at 16 months old. As a new Mom, I searched high and low for the "perfect place" where I would feel comfortable and confident knowing that my son was well taken care. Harmony exceeded my expectations. So much so, that my daughter is now a student there as well. The staff members are nuturing, caring and attentive. They seasoned professionals who take pride in their work and love children. The Director of the program takes the time to answer my questions and is readily available to all parents/caregivers. Harmony is not a babysitter, it is a school, with a curriculum where your child will learn. In addition to learning, Harmony will help your child develop their social skills and be confident in the decisions they make. Harmony Early Learning Center is like a second family to us. I am confident that you will love it too!

My daughter started at three months in the infant program. The program is wonderful. The teachers are warm and loving and the have a nurse. Lots of activities for the babies. Especially love that the infants have their own playground and go for stroller walks.

We sent both of our kids here from 2yrs to 5yrs ,its the best daycare and early learning with Pre-K ever we saw after we researched lots of other early schools for kids
