About The Facility RJB Cardiac & Physical Rehabilitation is a locally owned and operated clinic designed to bring you the most professional and quality care. We offer a fully staffed facility setup for cardiac rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and general wellness programs. We accept all major insurances as well as cash and credit. We DO NOT accept Medicaid. Our office is located just off Highlands Avenue, north of Highlands Regional Medical Center. If you're coming to visit us from US Highway 27, turn at the traffic signal where Highlands Avenue meets US Highway 27. Head north until you see Medical Way to your left. Take Medical Way to the left and enter the parking lot at your first left. We are in the building on the West side of the complex.
