- Owner Juelie Perry, MS welcomes you to TLC Preschool of Sebastian, For over 30 yrs, TLC Preschool and Alpha Bears Club (ABC) offers early education opportunities for children ages 1-5 yrs including the FL State FREE Voluntary PreK for all 4 yrs old (by Sept 1st). TLC Preschool is excited to offer quality curriculum of Beyond Centers and Circle Time to the families of Indian River County with child interest themes and hands on learning experiences. TLC is known for it's FLEXIBLE scheduling for families and accepts many children with SPECIAL NEEDS. Our educated/certified staff along with low teacher/child ratios allows for increased social and academic success of our children. TLC also partners with local support agencies to provide Speech, Occupation and Physical Therapies or Counseling to those in need, Parent communication and involvement is KEY to that success. Our ABC elementary program offers transportation to & from TLC to the 5 local elementary school.This energetic aftercare program is a time for friendship, homework, and activities to release the stress of the day. The Alpha Bears also join us on early release, school recess and summer holidays with interactive activities and field trips! Onsite inground pool allows for daily swim in the summer for ALL students.
