      Ernie's story a pleasant surprise. HIS style is unmistakably authentic. Evoking the spirit of the blues MASTERS. NO stranger to music. HE started HIS career in HIS teens AS a NEW York "street corner" singer with well known DO WOP ACAPELLA group nick & the knacks. Opening for popular acts such AS the Four seasons. Little Anthony & the imperials and the earls earned them a contract offer from chess RECORDS. DURING HIS 4 years in U. S. Naval intelligence HE voraciously studied music focusing on the blues masters I. E. SON house. Robert Johnson & muddy WATERS. HIS continuing studies in Berkley California. With the revered ELVO Diamante (student of the famous classical composer darius MIHAUD) LED to a "progressive" approach to song writing. Winning HIM TWO american song festival AWARDS. AFTER writing. Recording & performing with a variety of bands & various styles ernie moved to Florida in 1979 where HE co-wrote the perennial Christmas favorite "like a KID AT Christmas" with 5 BORGOUGHS band leader Frank IOVINO. AFTER touring with retro-rock band RI$K. Ernie turned HIS attentions to a solo career in blues. Which has LED to performing AS an opening ACT for such well known artists AS JOE BONAMASSA. Leon russell. John Hammond. John Mooney. James cotton. ROY Rogers. Albert CASTIGLIA. Joey Gilmore. BEN PRESTAGE & many MORE. AFTER winning the south Florida blues challenge. HE went on to Memphis finishing AS a TOP finalist in the blues foundations world famous International blues challenge. Ernie NOW lives on FLORIDA'S treasure coast with HIS wife FRANNIPALOOZA.
