Home health services are reimbursable when the client meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy. Wesley Homes At Home can assist in determining Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance coverage. You can depend on the experienced caregivers at Wesley Homes Community Health Services and Wesley Homes At Home. All staff members are screened, specially trained and licensed.
