I lived in this complex for 7 months, didn't extend lease, gave proper notice, cleaned after myself, gave my new address. In 20 days after moving out I got a call from collection agency and got a move out sheet from them. So they took all my deposit (in lease it says $300, but according to check from bank I paid $400), and I still have to pay $300. I didn't receive any call, bill or email from management. It's first time for my 10+ years living in USA.
