The Southwest Family Center helps people to create family environments by conducting family and parenting programs. It offers programs in a range of languages that includes English, Spanish, Cambodian and Arabic. The center has a team of community advocates who help people with educational, legal, social and health care services. The Southwest Family Center also supports the English as a Second Language program. In addition, it provides several resources for families with children with disabilities. The center also operates the Iraqi Community Center and is located in Seattle. It conducts the Native American Youth Advocate program, which is a juvenile justice project for youth development for high-risk Native American males between the ages of 11 and 19.
