DO NOT HIRE ROBERT ALEXANDER FOR ANY WORK!!!!!!!!!!! He has poor workmanship and unethical business practice. He has cases filed against him for not pulling permits for jobs he has performed. He is doing electrical work with a suspended electrical license. Expired May 2017. Look it up on Labor and Industry website. He installed a new heat pump in our attic and it leaked water. He tried to fix the water leak, and after several attempts he somewhat controlled the water leak. Unfortunately, the unit installed in the attic does not look like what he originally installed. Now, it's dented, pieced together, wrapped in various types of tape--it looks like Frankenstein. We paid for and expected a 15 SEER unit installation. Unbeknownst to us, a 14 SEER unit was installed without our approval. No refund or explanation was ever offered. Due to the water leak, we now have to have our ceiling drywall and attic platform inspected and repaired. Robert agreed to pay for the drywall repair, but we're not holding our breath that he'll follow through on that because he won't pay for the permit that he was originally supposed to do. Even though it was included in the "Flat Fee Rate" as per the contract. Also, on his contract he has expired licenses of plumbers that aren't even his licenses.
