Sabrina is a Seattle native with a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University, where she studied holistic approaches to nutrition with a whole foods emphasis. She has special interests in women's health and food allergies. Sabrina has had a passion for whole food diet therapies since 1999 and their efficacy for metabolic conditions. The majority of her career has been dedicated to helping people balance blood sugar and manage weight related conditions.
