The Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic at UW Medical Center - Montlake provides comprehensive care for patients with complex or long-term consequences of a major illness or injury. We assist patients with physical and cognitive problems and a range of conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, amputations, post-polio, cancer-related disabilities including neuro-oncology; pain and neurological disorders; and musculoskeletal disorders.
