General Info
PAEP is a small non-profit, social service agency established in 1986, operational in 1987. Our Mission is to help improve the health and quality of life of Pacific Asian residents of King County through empowered Community Groups of Filipinos, Laotians, Miens, Hmongs, Polynesians and other Pacific Asians of King County. Our Objectives is to fight hunger, isolation, food insecurity and malnutrition. Our culturally competent staff, the assistance of Sound Generations, our strong community-based partners, and volunteers provide us with a rich reservoir of resources to accomplish our goals and mission. Training is year round conducted by professionals and experienced volunteers. During our last survey evaluation, a vast majority of the clients indicated the positive changes the nutrition program has created for them in permanently changing their habits to improve their health.
