  Michael F. Sherman joined Siderius, Lonergan, & Martin in August of 2012. He graduated from law school in 2012, earning his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Among other extracurricular activities, Michael worked at Gonzaga University School of Law University Legal Assistance, aiding low-income and elderly residents with various legal issues including estate planning, client counseling, and Social Security and Disability dispute resolution. With a passion for law, government, and policy, Michael assists individuals, businesses, and non-profit entities. His practice emphasizes guidance to credit unions, business and personal injury litigation, and business transactions. Michael is member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, The International Economics Honor Society and is committed to advocating his client’s interest with professionalism, respect, and competency.

  Michael Siderius’ primary practice is civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on representation of creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. In addition to representing more than a dozen local credit unions and several nationwide finance companies, Mike has handled cases at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal court and has tried jury and non-jury cases. Those cases range from construction disputes to personal injury and from probate to maritime lien foreclosures. He has advised clients on business acquisitions and sales. In real estate matters, he has represented homeowners, purchasers, and homeowner’s associations, and has served as a foreclosing trustee.
