Friendly staff. Responds to maintenance requests immediately. I actually get a human to answer when I call into the office!

Renting from Koss Property Management has been a great experience. Their leasing agent answered all my questions and helped us through the application process. The maintenance staff is very courteous. I would definitely recommend renting from Koss!

If I could put -5 stars thats what I would have put for KOSS. The worst company ever, they try to get any money they can from you and all of the people working there are super rude and undfriendly (only once you sign the contract) before that they are all golden so open and nice but once you sign that paper you are done with it. They will take your clothes if they could have done so. So ridiculous service and they charged us for backyard clean up when they were suppose to clean it during our 1 year contract, guess what- they didn't and charged us $100 for that so crazy. All those people there will give you trouble and they don't care that the friking house is liking and you are paying $400 for water per month... it is just so horrible NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT RENTING WITH THOSE A******S. Don't want to be mean but they are that and they deserve somebody to sue them and close them because this is not right.
