This store is AWFUL! After I had an extremely bad experience at this store, I did a little investigating and read many reviews that are available online. Almost exclusively, any praise centers around the extensive selection. It is true; the store does have a large selection. The drawbacks--and there are many--do not make up for the selection, however, especially considering that you can get just about anything you want these days online. The merchandise at Fusion is overpriced, the staff is extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. I was followed around the store and watched the entire time I was there; I felt like I was implicitly being accused of shoplifting, and it was incredibly offensive. Personally, I'd rather spend my money someplace where customers are treated with a minimum degree of respect and consideration.

OMG, this place is like bead heaven. The staff ROCKS, they have tons of Swarovski crystal, books, tools, findings, ideas. I want to live there. I love fusion beads. I wish they were a little easier on the pocketbook, it is easy to spend a couple hundred dollars a visit but the place is great. well lit, very organized, nice people, fun stuff, plenty of room and great selection. I will shop there orever.

Fusion Beads has an incredible selection of Swarovski crystal, semiprecious, and glass beads. Plus, they have the largest selection of findings in the Seattle area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My favorite bead store in the Pacific Northwest!
