Founded in 1968, Carolyn Downs Family Medical Center is a provider of a variety of health care services. Based in Seattle, Wash., the center operates under the Country Doctor Community Health Centers, a voluntary organization. It specializes in providing services, such as adolescent, adult, infant/child, HIV care, case management, interpretation, on-site pharmacy and patient support, to name a few. Carolyn Downs Family Medical Center also provides a host of other services that include prenatal, pregnancy care, senior care, and specialty and hospital care.
