Bon Vivant is an innovative cooking school with a finely tuned curriculum in classic technique, international and regional cuisines especially designed to fit the Northwest temperament and the quick-paced American life style. We offer many levels of participation from our mixed presentation Series Classes to intensive hands-on Single Classes and, a Pike Market tour for everyone from the experienced “foodie” to the beginning cook. We offer a variety of Discount Packages and Sales as well as Gift Certificates. Our main kitchen is located in the View Ridge neighborhood of Seattle with additional classes being hosted in private homes in neighborhoods such as: Kenmore, Edmonds, Bothell and Kirkland. Our goal is to teach you the best culinary techniques, cooking tools and finest ingredients to use as you build a solid foundation and gain the confidence you need to try new things and enjoy cooking while feeling successful.
