BendnMove focuses on yoga therapy and therapeutic yoga classes that help the individual attain health and well-being. All classes offer adaptations and modifications in order to help the student experience ease and stability. We honor that all bodies are different and the staff at BendnMove is highly trained to offer instructions that are appropriate for who is in class. Yoga therapy is experienced one on one and provides and individual a deeper look into themselves using the tools of yoga and Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. Our methods are gentle, but effective in getting a person feeling confident and healthy.
