Arboretum Mortgage, located in Seattle, is a locally owned, independent mortgage broker licensed by the state of Washington. Providing residential and new construction loans for more than 10 years, it works with over 30 conventional lenders as well as the Federal Housing Administration. It offers a full range of financing programs, from first-time homebuyer programs to major loans of more than $3 million. It also offers Federal Housing Administration fixed and adjustable-rate loans. Its experienced agents help the client to choose the loan program which best suits their needs, whether it is to purchase or refinancing a home. Each client works with one loan officer throughout the entire loan process and this loan officer is responsible for the loan from origination, through processing to closing. Arboretum Mortgage does not collect any fees in advance, towards deposits for credit reports, appraisals and any other cost associated with the transaction.
