I am Seattle based psychotherapist working with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, life transitions and and grief and loss. I specialize in working with LGBTQI clients and have a special interest in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) manage the difficulties associated with this personality trait.
