if a Shop breaks something while servicing your car, they should fix it. We took our car to Akis after a minor accident. the front fender and rearview mirror needed replacing. when they replaced the rearview mirror they took the drivers door panal off to do the wiring. when they did this they broke the connector that powers everything from that door. all windows, locks, alarm, gas cover, trunk switch and power to the rearview mirror adjustments (we could not even put gas in our car). We picked up the car in this condition and noticed shortly after. when confronting Akis about this problem they assumed we were lying to them and refused to fix it. even Geico dropped ther ball on this and made us take the car to a dealership to research and repair (all on my time and dime). all said and done, the dealership found out the body shop broke the connector, 4 days later no help from Akis or Geico we got the car back and everything works as it did when we brought the car to Akis.. shady..
