Seattle Christian Schools, located in SeaTac, Wash., and established in 1946 provides academic and religious education programs. It is operated by the Seattle Christian School Association and serves students in kindergarten through grade twelve. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, United States history, civics, psychology, science and social studies. It also offers advanced placement courses in English, algebra, calculus, physics, and foreign languages with a choice in French and Spanish. Additionally, the school provides courses in photography, computer applications, multimedia and desktop publishing. Seattle Christian Schools organizes various extracurricular activities, such as art, drama, jazz band and music. Additionally, the school provides Bible classes that include the New Testament, and education about various cultures and religions. It also offers various sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, cross country and soccer. The school has a gymnasium, an auditorium and a library. Seattle Christian Schools is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
