I would highly recommend Park N Jet. In the past we have used two other parking companies and there were considerable hassles getting picked up. Park and Jet was very affordable, prompt, and very courteous. This was much appreciated given our flight arrived at 10:00 pm. We will certainly use them in the future. Adrian - Victoria BC

Best place ever for airport parking...I have used Park N Jet Lot 1 twice now and had the best experience both times at a very reasonable price. The employees are courteous and friendly and the shuttle to the airport is fast both ways. Better than any other I have used in the Sea Tac area! I highly recommend this lot for airport parking.

Flawless we arrived with a reservation, paid and on the shuttle to the airport in 5 minutes. Pick was also fast, and car was ready when we arrived. Price was great. The only think I didn't care for was the voice prompts for pick up, but it works.

I've used ParkNJet in the past and have been pleased. This last time the rate charged seemed to be about half that of the other SeaTac parking businesses. Check in was fast and we arrived at the airport promptly. When we returned to SeaTac the ParkNJet van was waiting for us (!) when we got to the parking garage island. Has that ever happened to you before? The drivers and the attendants at the lot were all friendly, efficient and courteous. This is the second time I have used Park N Jet. They are not the closest but they were well organized, friendly, did a great job. Park N Jet also had the lowest price for a 15 day trip. I will be using them again on my next trip. Allan

Easy access and good transportation to and from the airport. Has had the best parking rates for some time. I use them whenever I fly.

Initially we were little wary about parking our brand new car here as we read few bad reviews. But "guess what" they turned out to be "really good". Pickup/drop was on time (and we had kid/infant). Sometimes a delay of minute or two delay in they call center looked common as with all parking garages. But for the price they offer, they ARE very good! They even waived few hours of extra time i took to take my car out :) Highly recommended! (they are not really that far from Airport and shuttle to us looked good as other pricey players).

We had only a two minute wait for the shuttle bus when we got back to SeaTac, our car was ready to go as soon as we got back to the lot, it was the best part of our trip ! I will use Park N Jet when we travel in the future.

I have used them twice now. Their rates are very reasonable and their shuttle service was fine. I only had to wait a few minutes for it to arrive. My car was in good condition when I picked it up, and it was quick and easy. I will use them again.

I only give one star and that is only because my vehicle was still there when i returned. I did not research this place and if I had I would have seen all of the negative reviews and not used them. That being said they are cheap in every aspect of the term poor customer service , staff is definetly customer service oriented. It took us 45 minutes to get to our car after calling for a pick-up and there were others in the same boat as use to include a couple with very young childrenthis is not what you want when returning from a long flight. Once we arrived at the parking area is was even worse to see that there were other shuttles just sitting there. I would definetly recommend spending a Few extra dollars to park somewhere else that can and will provide customer service as it should be. When I droped my vehicle off i had a bad feeling but did not have the tiem to go somewhere else. If you decide to use this place do so knowing you will NOT be treated as a Paying customer.
