Mr. Popkin has over 12 years of experience. Steven T. Campbell is Senior Counsel and has over 40 years of experience. Christopher J. Palmer joined the firm at the end of 2015. Mr. Palmer has over 10 years experience and is licensed in Oregon, Washington and California.In December 2009, we moved into our beautiful new office in Seaside, located at 1580 N. Roosevelt Drive.
