I lived in a 2bd/2ba upstairs just across from the tennis courts. It was very clean. Maintenance responded very quickly to any problems. The only irritation was that the porch light was so bright and uncontrollable by the tenant that it shone brightly in the bedroom all night. I occupied the apartment from 4/2010-12/2010 and would happily go back. I love Patricia in the office. She was always positive and VERY helpful!,

I moved to SunBay Suites last June 2010. I love the management, the maintenance crew, the property with all of it's amenitites such as the club house, exercise room, jacuzzi, 80 degree swimming pool year round, the lighted tennis courts, convenient laudry facility with great prices for washing and drying, ease of paying rent, getting minor repairs fixed and so much more!
