Seaside City Hall consists of administrative services, fire and police departments. It houses a resource management services department that includes building, planning and redevelopment agency divisions. The city hall has a public works department that is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of all public facilities. Its finance division deals in the areas of accounting, cash management, utility billing, business licenses, payroll, budget, risk management, and accounts receivable and payable. The city hall also consists of a personnel office that administers personnel rules and regulations, workers' compensation, safety, employee benefits, employee relations and equal employment opportunity programs. Seaside City Hall is governed by the City of Seaside in California.
