Beware hidden charges. I made an appointment to have a technician come to look at my water heater. He took one look at it and said it would need to be replaced. He left after 15 minutes of being at my house. I then received a bill for $95 dollars in the mail. I had been informed that the charges would be $95 an hour. I called to say there had been a mistake and was told that there is a minimum charge of one hour. I had not been informed of this prior to them sending a technician out. I spoke with their customer service representative who informed me that this was company policy and I was just going to have to pay the bill, but that I should consider myself lucky that they were only charging me $95 dollars, because the bill should be $142.50 because I live in Carmel Valley. I highly recommend to everyone, but especially those living in Carmel Valley not to have dealings with this company. If you feel you must employ this company be very proactive determining what the fees will be ahead
