General Info

William Doran, DO, FAAOS a Delaware local, graduated from Milford High School and The University of Delaware. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Doran is Board Certified and specializes in MAKO Robotic-Arm Assisted knee and anterior hip replacement. He also performs total shoulder and reverse total shoulder replacement surgeries. Other surgeries include a variety of shoulder & knee arthroscopic procedures in addition to general orthopedic and trauma cases. Dr. Doran has performed more robotic joint replacement procedures than any robotic surgeon in the region, and he’s the only surgeon in Delaware who performs robotic anterior hip surgery.
