When I walked in I was not greeted like I usually am.There was a girl laying in two chairs with her feet up watching tv. I told the girl what I wanted, to remove acrylic and do shellac on My natural nails and a pedi. She rolled her eyes because I was interrupting her. I have shellac done on my nails every two weeks and did have acrylic tips to add length but now my natural nails are long enough and only need to remove old acrylic and apply shellac. my nail tech was out of town. I needed to leave by 1:45 I arrived at 11am. Every two weeks my nail tech takes about an hour and a half. The girl kept clipping my cuticles on my feet where I had to keep saying owwww!! It was not relaxing at all. Every time she knicked me and i said owwww she rolled her eyes? The same went for my nails. Drilling entirely too much on my cuticles and rolling her eyes. She cut nails down and added acrylic and kept repeating next time you need a new full set. I repeatedly kept saying I want acrylic removed?? I finally left there with one layer of gel polish over acrylic nails. Not what I wanted and treated horribly. I left at 155 the time I needed to pick my daughter up. Crazy how she ignored what I was saying the whole time. Cheap prices but you get what you pay for!!
