Maintenance is lazy and nothing ever gets done, when you make a service request it takes forever for them to respond (weeks) only to band aid the issue with their famous plaster that technique. the interior condition of the buildings is poor and not well kept nor clean all you can smell in the corridors are nicotine/pot. Policies are not enforced by management such as no pets and no smoking in the building, The apartments they supply you with are in moderate condition, they promise you that they will polish up the apartment before you move in, which is a bunch of talk. Although it is conveniently close to a lot of major stores/outlets and gas stations less than a mile away which is a plus. The rent is reasonable and utilities are cheap. I recommended this complex for bachelors/batchelorettes or college students than for a family with children. It would be nice if the owner stepped up and took pride in his property than let it deteriorate like it has. Renovations need to be made ASAP

Very reasonable rates for the area, friendly staff. Maintence was helpful and took care of any problems that we had while living there. We only moved out because we bought a house. I did get my full security deposit back plus the accrued interest.
