Founded in 1974, Telespond Senior Services is a nonprofit organization that provides health care services to adults, senior citizens and families. It operates an adult day services program that offers nursing, care and supervision services. The organization provides treatment services to patients with Alzheimer's disease. Telespond Senior Services also offers occupational, speech and physical therapy services. Additionally, it provides respite care, housekeeping and stress management services. The organization offers a range of assisted living services, such as bathing, dressing, laundry and meal preparation. Telespond Senior Services is a member of the United Way of Lackawanna County.
