I have had various procedures for my children with this office and now, this week I personally had a procedure with this office. I urge you, unless you have to go here, please see Dr. Solfanelli ! Every office visit, staff seemed to mess something up: appointment time insurance, date of birth, something . Staff then begins to argue amongst themselves while waisting your time. After the procedure, they send you to a general waiting area where you wait with various patients, like cattle. They want you out of the treatment chair ASAP to get another paying customer in your place While waiting in the holding area in pain, the office assistsnt will manage to jumble up your chart with the charts of the other patients and then she will frantically try to asked you a million questions, while you're in pain to correct her screw up. After several chaotic clerical errors on the part of staff, eventually, when convenient for them, they will tell you that you can leave. Despite the fact my procedure was less complicated than anticipated , Dr. Burns charged $120.00 more than what was quoted on the phone. The dentist couldn't care less about my dignity, comfort level or the value of my time. They should explain on the phone that they expect patients to waive all privacy rights. I am no sap. I don't normally complain. I have NEVER given an office a poor review. That said, this office is a disgrace!

after surgery, I asked for copies of my X-rays. The receptionist told me, "we do not provide X-rays to patients." I asked to speak to dr burns. He came charging out into crowded waiting room, figure in my chest, yelling at me. The office reluctantly provided copies, only after I demanded them.

dr burns is the best! sympathetic and really cares about his patients! he goes above and beyond. i give him a glowing recommendation!

Dr. Justin Burns dds at valley oral was amazing! My 4 year old had to have a procedure on is mouth, Justin and his team were so caring and sympathetic. My little trooper wore his barman mask and cape to the office in an attempt to be brave. Not only did they call him barman they let him keep his mask and cape on for the procedure. This practice is amazing! I would and will strongly recommend this office to everyone and anyone. Thank you!
