iCare Elder Services are Awesome! They are very easy to work with and provide the assurance that your loved one will be cared for when scheduled. Their Family portal is wonderful and they are always easy to reach for questions. Tracy the Care Giver is Outstanding!!! She is excellent with rehab facility experience which is perfect for us. She is also very patient with dementia and sometimes difficulty with directions. She is very flexible with her hours, making it easy for me to schedule appointments for her to accompany us to the visits. She is eager to please and help around the house as well. A great employee for sure!
