Ordered flowers to be placed on Mother's grave site for her birthday. The order was placed on a Friday allowing a full week until the following Saturday for the flowers to be delivered. On Mom's birthday, my 90 year old Father sent a friend to take a pic of the flowers to email him. NO flowers were there. Dad was inconsolable. Called florist Kelly said they forgot. Makes one wonder how many out of town people have placed orders where flowers were not provided!
