Windrose Law Center PLC helps individuals and families with estate planning, probate, and starting new businesses. This includes wills, trusts, guardian designations, deeds, powers of attorneys, health care directives, etc. We also handle probate and trust administration cases. Many of our clients are business owners so we also assist with entity formation, buy/sell agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and succession planning.
