Started in January 1997, Test Advantage brings a mix of resources to companies involved in the testing of semiconductors. The company is a supplier of both custom-configured automated test equipment and software technology tools for semiconductor testing. Test Advantage s software division was formed in 2000 as an evolution of the company s test engineering services activity. Its software products include Streetwise Production, Streetwise Engineering and Express. Test Advantage s clients include Philips, Honeywell, IBM, Analog Devices and Infineon Technologies. Texas Instruments awarded Test Advantage with the 2004 Supplier Excellence Award. The company employs 35 people. Located in four locations worldwide, Test Advantage is headquartered in Tempe, Ariz., and has sales offices in Singapore, Munich, Germany, and Falkirk, Scotland.
