My roommate and I have lived at Tatum Place for almost two and half years and It started with my vehicle being stolen out of the parking lot of the complex.the lack of follow up was really upsetting. From then different things went missing or incidents would occur. When we tried to communicate our grievances we were blown off more than once.

There has also been some misleading information regarding renewing leases and 30 day notices. but I am very disappointed with office overall. It is also a noisy complex. People tend to be coming and going at all hours of the night (loudly) I have gotten woken up at about 2:30am more than once.

It took three days to get our refrigerator fixed and by that point most of our food had spoiled. . My final complaint is the roaches! When we spoke to management they would blame it on the other apartment complexes around us. we were finding 3-5 roaches a day! I do know that the rent is cheap but honestly Just remember you get what you pay for.

I am not sure where to start as far as the issues in these apartments are concerned. There are extremely unreliable administrative staff, bed bugs, very unpleasant neighbors....

Everyone knows how hot it is in Phoenix in summer and how important it is to have a functioning A/C. But whenever I have issues with it, they seem to take ages to repair it. I tried to complain to its management in california but they seem to be even worse than the representatives in Phoenix. Bottom line is it is probably better to sleep on the streets if you don't have any options than to live in these apartments.

there are certain rules and guidelines that each of us here follow to maintain peace and comfort and it seems the management team allows kaos by just letting kids run around screeming and cursing without correction.
